ANNOUNCEMENTS

9/5/2007: TRACK-IT NOW OFFERS ATTACHMENTS
With the new version of Track-It, you can now include attachments like Excel spreadsheets or screenshots. Attachments will increase the efficiency of obtaining a resolution.

6/6/2007:  OFFICE MOVES
Employee office moves/relocations should not be submitted through Track-IT.  Please use the HR Employee Relocation Form to submit an office move request. Refer to the policies/FAQs section below for procedures. 

6/6/2007:  NEW EMPLOYEE SETUP REQUESTS
Requests for setting up new employees initial network/email access must be submitted through the HR New Employee Entry Form.  These types of requests should not be submitted through Track-IT.  Note:  New employees will not be set up on the network until the official start date
